This project involved the redesign and optimization of a critical fintech application used by high-value stakeholders within a leading investment firm. The application serves as the primary tool for managing and analyzing investment data, facilitating informed decision-making and supporting the company's strategic financial goals. The existing application, while functional mvp, lacked a user-centered design approach and suffered from usability issues, hindering efficiency and user satisfaction, particularly for key stakeholders such as administrators, managers, and reporting staff, including executives up to the C-suite level.
