FixIt is a digital platform designed to connect individuals and businesses with urgent repair needs to qualified service providers. Recognizing the frustration of unexpected breakdowns and the challenge of finding reliable technicians quickly, we set out to create a seamless and efficient solution. As the sole product designer on this three-month project, I collaborated closely with a team of developers and DevOps specialists. Through workshops and user research, we identified the core needs of both customers and service providers, prioritizing features that would deliver maximum value in a minimum viable product (MVP). This agile approach allowed us to quickly iterate and launch a platform that streamlines the repair process, providing customers with peace of mind and service providers with a valuable new channel to connect with clients.
